Namugna ang BACLAY Multi-Purpose Cooperative kon BMPC tungod sa Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) pinaagil ni Serafin Esperante. Siya mianhi sa Barangay Baclay lungsod sa Tukuran aron sa pag-organisa sa mga mag-uuma sa kalubin-an.
