There will be beautiful antiques, art pieces, furniture, vintage finds, and so many interesting little things to discover. It’s honestly the kind of event where you can just walk around, appreciate the details, and enjoy the atmosphere. There will also be inspiring talks and design consultations for those who love interiors, creativity, and timeless spaces.

Manila, you showed up. 🙏🍫

Five days. So many of you who’d never heard of Nico Cacao before — picking up a bar, asking about the farmers, wanting to know the story behind the packaging.

That’s exactly why we do this.

To everyone who stopped by Booth 246, tasted with us, and brought a piece of Negros Oriental home with you — thank you. genuinely. You made the trip worth every kilometer.

And a huge thank you to Philippines for inviting us to be part of the 2026 National Food Fair. Having a platform like this to share Filipino craft chocolate with the country means everything to a small producer like us. We don’t take it for granted.

We’re heading back to Negros Oriental — back to the farm, back to the production floor, back to making the next batch.

But we’ll be back. 🌋

Our Special Edition 70% Dark Chocolate with Calamansi starts with the most Filipino citrus there is — the fruit that goes into everything, from your sinangag in the morning to your seafood at night.

We use the whole fruit. Peel included. Not just the juice — because the skin is where the real citrus oil lives. That’s what gives this bar its brightness. It hits the back of the cacao and lifts it. Sharp, floral, unmistakably Filipino.

The packaging takes you to Balinsasayao Twin Lakes — one of Negros Oriental’s most protected natural sanctuaries, deep in the forest interior of the island. Look closer and you’ll find three endemic species we put on this bar as a quiet tribute:
