📅 Production Timelines
●Standard Orders: Quality takes time! Standard processing takes 10 Business Days.
●Bulk Orders (20 pcs & up): Bulk orders require a minimum of 25 days production time.
●Event Bookings: If ordering for special occasions like Weddings, Birthdays, Christenings, Debuts, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, or Holiday Giveaways, please book your orders at least 1 to 2 months ahead of your event date. This ensures 25 days for making the items, plus extra buffer time for courier deliveries and unexpected transit delays.
●Rush Orders: We generally do not accept rush orders because curing and drying times cannot be hurried without ruining the quality. However, we can accept rush orders only if the required blank items are already in stock.
💰 Payment & Cancellation Terms
●Downpayment: A 50% downpayment is strictly required on all orders to begin production. The remaining full balance must be settled before shipping. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
●Mode of Payment: We conveniently accept GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfer.
●Cancellations & Changes: The 50% downpayment is strictly non-refundable as it immediately goes toward purchasing raw materials for your specific order. Once your downpayment is made, your chosen designs, colors, and quantities are strictly final and cannot be changed.
●Holding Period: Full payment must be settled within 7 days after we send you photos of your finished items. Unpaid orders after 14 days will be considered abandoned. The items will be sold to other buyers, and your downpayment will be forfeited.
📦 Shipping Info & Damaged Items
●Couriers: Available via Gogo Xpress, J&T, Move It Padala, or Angkas Padala. Please note that the shipping fee is not included in the item prices.
●Courier Packing Standard: To keep shipping streamlined via our logistics partners, transit orders are sent securely wrapped in protective bubble wrap (outer courier boxes are not provided as a standard package unless requested with specific add-on fees).
●Transit Disclaimer: Each order is packed with love and high-grade bubble wrap protection to ensure it arrives safely. While we cannot be held liable for damages or losses caused by the courier, we are here to support you.
●Courier Coordination & Unboxing Video: In the rare event of transit damage, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed pouch or package within 24 hours of delivery. This video is strictly required so we can properly coordinate, investigate, and file a dispute with the courier platform to help resolve the issue.
