PLACING ORDERS

Before placing an order, you must be a 101% SURE BUYER. Order cancellation and refund is no

t allowed if the buyer changes their mind. However, if the items is OUT OF STOCK, we will immediately notified you. The buyer/s has the option to wait until restock, change items or refund. However, we have the rights to decline down payments if it’s a new customer and using rp/fake accounts. Failure to pay down payment but already reserved the items will result to JoyJoy Buyer / Bogus buyer! We will blacklist you in our shop and will be posted to give awareness! Failure to pay the half amount on the given date means forfeiture of slot and no refund. Payment must be settled on/or before 11:59 PM of the stated DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP). Excess in payments are non-refundable. Please pay exact amount only. A Payment Form will be provided. No extension of payments are allowed. Otherwise, the order/s will be cancelled and no refund will be given to the buyers who failed to submit their proof of payment on the date of payment. Failure to settle and submit succeeding payments shall forfeit any prior payment/s that has been made. CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS

We have the rights to cancel the orders of the buyers once the customer breaches these and no refund/orders will be given. We can also posted you as BOGUS/JOYJOY BUYER to give awareness to other shop!

2. Impatient and Rude Buyers showing unacceptable behavior. (sarcastic response, defaming the shop and admins, rude, impatient, and treating admins with unacceptable behaviour.)

3. Joy Reservers/Bogus Buyers are those that who order on message or sent order form but do not pay or settle their outstanding balance in the given time period.

5. NO RUSH ORDER! DAMAGED ITEMS AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

UNNIE YANA PH will not be held liable for any potential or undetected defects of a sealed product. We will sent photos before we send the items to your doorsteps. That’s why we are not be held liable for any loss, damages, and delays, force majeure, acts of government authority cause by courier.
