1.Please be 100% sure & will be responsible to settle your payment when you submit an order form. a. All items are pre-order unless stated as ON HAND. b. ("PRE-ORDER" - items are not onhand, yet they're regulary produced and available from our suppliers unless soldout or out of stock.) c. Items are on a "first come, first serve" basis, first to pay the order/s will get the item. d. For reservations 50% down payment of your total bill must be settled first for us to process your orders. Full payment is a "MUST" before we ship your items. e. Stocks are very fast moving so we suggest customers to include "alternative orders per item".
2. No order form, no transaction policy. Fill out and submit an order form, orders without an accomplished order form will not be entertained. Cut-off time for submission of order form is every Saturday. No rush orders or rush shipping.
3. Once order form is confirmed. a.Invoice will be sent with informations of your chosen mode of payment. b.Payments must be settled on or before the cut-off time every week-SATURDAY. Once settled please send to our page a scanned copy or photo of your receipt for faster confirmation of your payment. Automatic cancellation of placed orders if unpaid within the given cut-off time. Customers who failed to settle their placed order/s without notifying us will be posted on our "JOY RESERVER's List" . Enjoy your Shopping!
