,The UAE has launched its first AI-enabled honey testing lab in Abu Dhabi, located at the Central Testing Laboratory in Masdar City.
Opened by M42 in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council, the lab ensures stringent quality checks for local and international honey.
Using advanced AI tools and large language models, it performs comprehensive tests for antibiotics, hormones, contaminants, and more.
This facility supports commercial entities, producers, and the general public, providing high-quality certification for honey products and aiding local manufacturers in meeting international standards.
