We recently had the privilege of hosting a landmark Awareness Seminar at Pixel Park, in strategic collaboration with the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI), and FITCO.
Seeing a full house of the city’s most influential business leaders, major textile manufacturers, and leading I.T. enterprises under one roof reaffirmed one thing: Faisalabad is ready to scale globally.
Our agenda was highly targeted, addressing the dual nature of our local economy:
For I.T. Enterprises: We explored how relocating to Pixel Park allows established tech companies to layer STZA benefits on top of their existing PSEB incentives. This includes a legally guaranteed 10-year 0% corporate tax holiday, 0% customs duties on tech imports, and unrestricted forex repatriation.
For Legacy & Textile Manufacturers: The future is digital. We detailed the roadmap for digital transformation—demonstrating how traditional businesses can structure and spin off their e-commerce, D2C retail, and digital marketing arms into our STZ to unlock identical, massive tax exemptions.
