Shopify store owners, don’t redesign your store yet.

Give me 10 minutes first.

Open your store on your phone and do this as if you're a customer who has never seen your brand before.

Look at the first screen.

Can you understand what you're selling and why I should care?

Scroll.

Do I see a reason to trust you?

Open a product.

Do I understand the value, benefits, proof, shipping, returns and everything I need before spending my money?

Add it to cart.

Does anything suddenly feel confusing or risky?

Now ask yourself the uncomfortable question:

“If I saw this store from a Meta Ad today, would I actually buy?”

If the answer isn't a confident yes, don't immediately blame Meta.

And don't immediately throw another $1,000 at ads either. 😅

There could be a leak in your:

Store design → Offer → Product page → Trust → Mobile UX → Cart → Checkout → Tracking

This is exactly why I don't like randomly redesigning Shopify stores.

First find the leak.

Then decide what deserves to be changed.

Sometimes it's one section.

Sometimes it's the product page.

Sometimes the entire customer journey needs to be rebuilt.

And sometimes...

the store isn't even the problem.

That's the difference between “making a Shopify store look better” and actually optimizing a Shopify store for business.

If you're a Shopify store owner and you're getting traffic but something feels off, send me your store.

I'll tell you what I'd investigate first and why.

No “you need a complete redesign” just because I'm a developer.

If your store is already doing something well, I'll tell you that too.

Your store doesn't need more random changes.

It needs the right changes.

DM me “STORE” if you want another set of eyes on it.

I’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately. 😅

The last few days have been packed with back-to-back Shopify projects. I’ve been designing a few stores from scratch and working on complete redesigns, so I haven’t been as active here as I normally am.

But I thought, instead of another post, let’s talk about your problems.

If you’re running a Shopify store and there’s something you’re stuck on, confused about, or simply don’t know how to approach, drop your question in the comments.

Store design?

Conversion rate?

Product page?

Mobile experience?

CRO?

Meta Ads?

Pixel & tracking?

Checkout?

Or any other Shopify problem that's been bothering you?

Ask me.

I’ll try to get back to your question within 24 hours with something actually useful, not just:

“Improve your website.” 😂

Where possible, I’ll explain what might be causing the problem, what you should check, and what I’d do next.

And your question might help another Shopify store owner dealing with the exact same thing.

So, what’s the biggest Shopify problem you’re dealing with right now? 👇

Meta Ads are running. Money is being spent. But your Shopify store is still not doing what it should?

Then don't increase the budget yet. 😅

I want to hear from two types of Shopify store owners:

1. You're getting traffic, but not enough sales.

People are clicking your ads.

They're visiting the store.

Maybe they're even viewing products or adding to cart.

But purchases are still low.

In that case, the problem might be your offer, product page, trust, pricing, mobile experience, checkout, customer journey or traffic quality.

2. You're running Meta Ads, but barely getting traffic.

You're spending.

The campaign is live.

But impressions, clicks or quality visitors aren't coming the way they should.

Then we need to look at a completely different set of problems:

Creative → Hook → Offer → Audience → Campaign setup → CTR → CPC → Landing page

Because I don't want to tell you:

“Just increase the budget.”

I want to find where the problem actually starts.

So if you're currently spending on Meta Ads and thinking:

“Why am I paying for traffic that isn't converting?”

or

“Why am I spending money but barely getting people to my store?”

Send me “META” in DM.

I'll look at your situation and tell you what I'd investigate first.

Maybe it's the ads.

Maybe it's the store.

Maybe it's the funnel.

Maybe it's the tracking.

But let's find the actual problem before you spend more money trying to fix the wrong one.

You don't always need a big portfolio to know whether someone can improve your Shopify store.

At least, that's how I see it.

If you're a Shopify store owner and your store is already live but something doesn't feel right...

Maybe:

→ The design looks too generic
→ Your product pages aren't building enough trust
→ Mobile experience feels messy
→ Your offer isn't clear
→ Sections don't flow naturally
→ Customers aren't getting enough information before buying
→ Your store looks more like a template than a brand
→ You're getting traffic but the store isn't converting it properly

Then I'd rather show you how I think about your store than simply send you 20 screenshots and say, “I can do this.”

Because redesigning a Shopify store isn't about making it prettier.

It's about understanding:

What should the customer see?
What should they understand?
What should they trust?
And what should make them take the next step?

That's how I approach every store I work on.

I don't want to be the person you hire just to “change the design.”

I want to understand your business, your customer, your offer and where the current store is losing opportunities.

And if you're an agency, marketer, consultant or freelancer who already has Shopify clients but needs someone reliable to handle the actual store design/redesign work...

I'm open to partnerships too.

You bring the client.

I handle the Shopify side professionally.

No random templates.
No copy-paste designs.
No “AI generated and delivered” approach.

Just a proper process, communication and work where your client's store is treated like it's our own reputation on the line.

And honestly, you don't have to trust me blindly.

Give me one section of your store.

Let me show you what I'd change, why I'd change it, and how I'd approach it.

Then you decide.

Shopify store owners: if your store needs a serious redesign, DM me “REDESIGN.”

Agencies/freelancers: if you're looking for a Shopify design partner behind the scenes, DM me “PARTNER.”

I don't know why my brain is always thinking about “how can we make this bigger?” 😂

I'm working on something...

And instead of just finishing it, my mind goes:

“Okay, but how can we make this better?”

“Can this be more personalised?”

“Can the experience be smoother?”

“Can we build a system around this?”

“Can this actually scale?”

It happens almost every time.

Even when I'm working with a client and they ask me to do something specific, I don't really like just doing exactly what's asked and stopping there.

If I see something that could work better, I'll usually try it.

Sometimes a client will casually ask:

“What if we do it this way?”

I'll just build it and put it in front of them.

Then instead of having a 20-minute discussion about which option is better...

They can literally see it.

“This is what you had in mind.”

“And this is what I'm suggesting.”

Now the difference is right there.

They can choose.

And I actually prefer working this way.

Because I'm not asking someone to blindly trust my opinion.

I'm showing them why I made the decision.

Why this section is designed this way.

Why this angle makes more sense.

Why this experience might work better.

And sometimes they end up choosing their original idea.

That's completely fine too.

The point is to find what works best for the project, not to prove that I'm always right.

I think that's just how I naturally work.

If I'm putting my time into something, I want the other person to get more value from it than they expected.

And somehow my brain keeps coming back to the same question:

“Okay... how do we take this to the next level?” 😂

Everyone is celebrating Independence Day...

And I'm sitting here checking Meta Ads like:

"Bro, azadi mubarak... but ROAS ka kya karna hai?" 😂

Clients still need sales.

Shopify stores still need to be built.

Campaigns still need monitoring.

And apparently, Meta doesn't care that today is Independence Day. 😭

So here we are...

Everyone is enjoying their day while we're trying to make sure a client's ad account doesn't decide to celebrate independence from conversions too. 😂

But honestly, this is the funny part of building something.

You don't always get holidays from your goals.

You choose this path because you want freedom one day...

And then you realise first you have to work your way towards that freedom. 😂

Anyway...

Happy Independence Day, Pakistan 🇵🇰

May our businesses grow, our clients get more sales, and our Meta Ads behave themselves for at least one day. 😂

Shopify work is everywhere.
The real problem is finding the right person to handle it.

I’ve noticed something with Shopify agencies and freelancers.

They get more clients...

then suddenly they have:

→ 3 stores waiting for redesign
→ 2 stores needing CRO fixes
→ a client asking for custom Liquid sections
→ another one with a broken mobile layout
→ someone asking for speed optimization
→ and another client saying, “Can you have it done this week?” 😅

And now the problem isn't getting Shopify clients.

It's having enough hands to deliver the work properly.

This is exactly where I want to connect with Shopify agencies, freelancers and founders who already have clients but need reliable development support.

I can help with:

Shopify Store Development
Custom Liquid & Theme Sections
Shopify CRO & UX Improvements
Store Redesigns
Product & Landing Pages
Speed & Technical Improvements
Conversion-focused Store Builds

You bring the client.

I help you deliver the work properly.

No need to hire someone full-time just because your workload suddenly increased.

And if you're already handling Shopify projects and want to exchange ideas, collaborate, or build something together, I'm open to that too.

If you're getting more Shopify work than you can comfortably handle, let's talk.

Maybe your next project shouldn't be turned down just because you don't have the manpower. 👀
