❄️ Myth Buster: Does crystallized honey mean it’s fake or full of added sugar?
Absolute myth! In fact, crystallization is one of the best indicators of 100% pure, raw honey.
Real honey contains natural sugars (glucose and fructose) and pollen grains. Over time, especially when the weather cools down, the glucose separates from the water and forms tiny crystals. If your honey never solidifies or changes texture, it has likely been highly processed, diluted, or ultra-filtered.
💡 Tip: If you prefer it liquid, just place the jar in warm water for a few minutes. Never microwave it!
