A case has been filed in Civil Court Islamabad East by AVM Saleemudin on 28th Sep 2015. Today was 1st hearing and DHA did not show up.
Next hearing is on 2nd Nov 2015.
Plz note that only those members will get relief who will contribute to support us.

After receiving the contribution from a member, a Vakalat Nama will be forwarded
for signatures which should be returned with a copy each of ID Card, Allotment
Letter/Letters and Accounts Status( Statements Of Payments for each shop/
office). Overseas members will be communicated thru email.Members in Pakistan
will get the document thru Post Office.

I will be filing a case in the court for compensation @ Rs. 50,000/- per month wef July 2010 till completion of the Project in all aspects and handing over of shops/ offices to the members. I need contributions from members to pay for the lawyer and related court expenses. I am requesting for Rs. 10,000/-, and more if some of us can afford it, with a hope that enough people will share the burden with me.
I will send a vakalat nama to those members who will make their contributions. The members can then sign the vakalat nama and return it, along with a copy of national I D Card crossed with words Shop-a-Shop Case, to claim their due compensation thru my lawyer and make it OUR CASE.
