Registry (Bay Nama/Sale Deed) is the official legal proof of property ownership in Pakistan, signed by both parties and recorded at the Sub-Registrar’s office.

But did you know how detailed the process is?
✅ It starts with property verification — making sure the seller owns what they’re selling.
✅ Then comes the NOC (No Objection Certificate) from authorities.
✅ You’ll also need to pay Stamp Duty, CVT, and Town Tax.
✅ After payment, a stamp paper is issued, which you submit at the Registrar’s Office to complete the legal transfer.

Once a registry is complete, you are the legal owner, and mutation (Intiqal) can follow.

💡 Many scams involve fake registries — always verify the seller’s documents before proceeding.
