💰 Basic Salary: PKR 30,000/month
🕒 Shift: 8 Hours Daily

🎯 Monthly Performance Bonuses

✅ Minimum target: 2 sales per day
🎁 Bonus: PKR 10,000

🏆 Monthly Title Bonuses

70 Sales: PKR 15,000

100 Sales: PKR 25,000

130 Sales: PKR 40,000

150 Sales: PKR 55,000

⚡ Daily Performance Bonuses

5 Sales: PKR 500

8 Sales: PKR 1,000

12 Sales: PKR 1,500

15 Sales: PKR 2,000

20 Sales: PKR 3,000

🌟 Quality Bonus

Achieve a Qualified Transfer Ratio above 80% and receive an additional PKR 5,000 bonus on top of your basic salary.

📋 Leave Policy

14 paid leaves per year (informed or emergency).

Additional leaves will be deducted according to company policy.

Weekends are paid; however, if an off day is taken during the week, that week's weekend pay will not apply, along with the off day.
