Lenders/ sellers must provide the complete and accurate information at the time of registration. In case of providing false information, the person is liable to legal litigations, suspension of payment(s) and/ or temporary or permanent alliance with RENT ELEGANCE. A Lender/ seller is the one who has registered the dress to us. In any case, lender/ seller will only be considered as the sole owner of the dress submitted. In case of rent, the dress will be returned to the lender only or to the address of registered lender only. In order to update or change any lender/ sender’s credentials, the lender/ seller is required to come in person and request the desired change. A lender/ seller must provide the dress in 8/10 condition ONLY and must provide the MOST recent picture of the dress. In case, after receiving the dress, the condition of the dress is not up to the mark it may lead to the cancellation of order or deduction in the rent/ selling price. The decision is to be taken by the team of Rent Elegance only. Currently we are not taking any service charges from lenders/ sellers but this is subject to change at any point in time. In case that RENT ELEGANCE imposes any charges, lenders/ sellers will be duly informed before implementation. Before submitting the dress, lenders/ sellers are liable to remove any packaging, customized bags, boxes, personal accessories and/ or any add-ons not agreed upon for submission by RENT ELEGANCE. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any of the aforementioned items. All the face-cropped pictures uploaded are with the agreement of lender/ sender. Lender/ seller must provide the dress three-weeks before the booking dates to RENT ELEGANCE. You will receive the dress within three weeks of the booking date. Lender must inform RENT ELEGANCE before planning to rent or sell the registered dress to somewhere/ someone else. WE provide rating to the lenders/ sellers based on certain criteria (including but not limited to the quality of dresses provided, behavior of the lender, timely communication etc). Higher rating may lead to special benefits like high quotations and low rating may lead to penalizations. RENT ELEGANCE has the final authority over the ratings and we are not bound to provide any details under any circumstances. The lender has authorized RENT ELEGANCE to make any changes including (but not limited to) tags on every individual item of the dress, alterations, repairs, addition or subtraction of lace, stones, balls and embellishments. At the time of submission and retrieval of dress, lender must show the original CNIC to RENT ELEGANCE. Renting is a risk in itself and you agree to the pros and cons of it, which include any ‘damage beyond repair’. Though you agree to it, we keep a favour to pay 2 times the base rent agreed upon with the lender. RENT ELEGANCE is NOT liable for paying the full cost of your dress under any circumstances. The right to declare ‘damage beyond repair’ is only with RENT ELEGANCE and lender has no authority to claim damage beyond repair and ask for any reimbursement. Lender can request their dress to be returned fixed polished or improved in any way, we may agree to it and charge the appropriate amount from the Lender per dress and will not be liable to comply with any such requests should the charges not be paid in full. The quoted base rent/ selling price will remain unaffected by any sales or promotional offers. Once you submit the picture of your dress, they are added in queue and thus may take time in being uploaded to our page. Unexpected circumstances may delay or change the process. Renters/ buyers and lenders/ sellers will be kept anonymous to each other to ensure complete privacy. Furthermore, renters/ buyers and lenders/ sellers must not exchange any information regarding their dealings with RENT ELEGANCE else, legal action will be taken in response to any breach of privacy. Once the dress is submitted to RENT ELEGANCE for proceeding order, it will not be returned back to the lender/ seller at any cost. All the payments will be proceeded after the completion of booking and reselling process. All the delivery fee is to be paid by the lender/ seller. Whenever the dress is dropped at or picked up from lender/seller, delivery has to be paid by the lender/seller only. RENT ELEGANCE holds no responsibility in payment of delivery fee. Dress/ payment will be suspended if a lender/seller fails to pay for delivery. Within the time period of contract and after the termination of contract, lenders/ sellers forfeit their authority to pursue any legal action against RENT ELEGANCE and any person(s) employed by RENT ELEGANCE. Lenders/ sellers are prohibited from defaming RENT ELEGANCE and agree to cooperation within and after the contract time period. Legal action will be taken in case of non-compliance with the rules. Lenders/ sellers must make accurate measurements as per the size chart available in the registration form. In case, the renter/ sellers fail to provide accurate measurements, they would not be paid any amount of the order. For dresses above Rs 5000/- rent/ selling price, lenders/ sellers must provide the dress for trial in the time mentioned by RENT ELEGANCE, if required. In case of order cancellation after the dress is received by RENT ELEGANCE, the lender/ seller will not be paid any amount. However, one-time delivery charges will be paid by RENT ELEGANCE. By filling out the lender / seller’s registration form, lender/ seller agrees all terms and conditions written here, page, website and registration form. Moreover, they give full consent to closet to make use of their dresses. RENTING/ BUYING POLICY
Renters/ buyers must provide the complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Before returning the dress, renters/ buyers are liable to remove any packaging, customized bags, boxes, personal accessories and/ or any add-ons not agreed upon for submission by RENT ELEGANCE. We provide rating to the buyers/ renters and you may get special benefits for higher rating and penalization for low ratings. Within the time period of contract and after the termination of contract, buyers/ renters forfeit their authority to pursue any legal action against RENT ELEGANCE and any person(s) employed by RENT ELEGANCE. Buyers/ renters are prohibited from defaming RENT ELEGANCE and agree to cooperation within and after the contract time period. Renters must not wash the dress before or after wearing it. Renters/ buyers will not be refunded their advance payments in any circumstances. Renters must NOT apply perfume, attar, any such fragrances that leave a mark, or its fragrance. Renters/ buyers cannot try the dress before making its payment. As we will inform you about the sizes, RENT ELEGANCE is not responsible if you book the dress and the size does not fit you perfectly. Moreover, keep the margin of 1 or 2 inches as measurement error. Renters cannot alter the size of the dress. It will be considered as property damage and in this case, you need to pay extra charges. Renters must be careful while handling the dress, in case of repairable damage you will have to pay some charges and in case of non-repairable damage, you will have to pay thrice of the amount of rent as compensation price along with the rent. In order to change renter/ seller’s credentials, you must come in person and request the change. We consider the registered person as the renter or seller only and all our dealings will be through that person only. All the delivery charges are to be bear by the renter/ seller only. RENT ELEGANCE is not responsible for it. Renters will be asked to deposit the amount equivalent to rent which will be refunded to them once the dresses are received from their end and checked for quality assurance. You need to return the dress on next date of your booking. If you fail to return the dress on time, your rent will be charged per day and legal action will be taken against you if you fail to return it in three days time. All the payments must be made in advance before you receive your dress. RENT ELEGANCE is the final authority in every decision and you agree to the authority lest in them. By filling out the buyer/ renter’s registration form, buyer/ renter agrees all terms and conditions written here, page, website and registration form.
