Do you know how important it is for us to ship your parcels safe and sound?
Here are some procedures we go through to ensure parcels conditions:
1. We measure a box for shipping where your item has enough wiggle room which can be filled with cushioning.
2. Wrap the item carefully in bubble wrap.
3. Next, we fill the surrounding space - sides and top - with more padding.
4. Close the box flaps.
5. Label your box with the necessary labels like FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARE.
6. Once the parcel arrives to destination, we sort them in different cloth bags for individual order with appropriate address labels on them.
