The journey of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from potential talent to professional contribution is currently stalled.

To this aim, Unilever Pakistan Limited, in partnership with NOWPDP and The Pakistan Business Council, recently convened a closed-door roundtable with leaders from industry and academia to discuss practical solutions, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate progress toward a more inclusive education-to-employment pipeline.

Unilever Pakistan and SDPI hosted a roundtable on “Strategic Framework for Living Wage Implementation in Pakistan: Economic Rationale and Policy Pathways” at SDPI’s 28th Sustainable Development Conference in Islamabad.

The dialogue brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society to explore how living wages can drive shared prosperity, reduce poverty, and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive economy.

To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we lit up our Head Office in pink and initiated a series of impactful activities focused on education, early detection, and employee wellbeing.

From an expert-led session by Dr. Swaleha Tariq (Aga Khan University Hospital), to breast cancer screenings in partnership with Essa Laboratory, and a company-wide Pinktober Day , our teams came together in solidarity and purpose.
