Frozen French Fries
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fry frozen in deep hot oil 175°c To 180°c for 4-5 minutes, DO NOT thaw them. They wont turn brown on frying.
Be careful of splattering while putting frozen fries in oil.

NOTE:
In Case, If your freezer causes ice formation around the fries, then before frying, let them thaw to room temperature. Wipe them with a clean kitchen towel before frying to absorb moisture then add to hot oil temperature175°c-180°c fry 4-5mins.
