Pricing and acceptance of order
It is the right of OrderOnline to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked for further information (not just limited to the phone number and the address) before we accept your order. Delivery and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after (receipt of payment) / (confirmation of order) and are shipped via courier with tracking number. Mostly transportation/courier/shipping fees are included in your product price but in some cases shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs fees vary and may be required additionally according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Return and Exchange Policy
What are the conditions for returning the item?
• Product seal must be intact.
• Item must be returned in original condition.
• Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
• Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid. How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?

• Internal Credit:
It will be issued on your ID registered with OrderOnline that you can use to make future purchases within 48 hours.
• Bank transfer:
A cheque will be dispatched for your address within 7 business days after the item has been picked.
• Credit card reversal:
OrderOnline will submit your case to your respective bank within 2 business days. However, we cannot commit any turnaround time taken by the bank to reverse the amount. What if I receive a faulty product? If you receive an electronic item or an edible product in damaged/ broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 48 hours for replacement / exchange. What are the items that cannot be returned but can be exchanged? We offer 7 day return policy for everything except.
• Edibles such as Sweets, Dry Fruits and other consumables cannot be returned.
• All promotional and discounted items cannot be returned.
• Phones / Tablets cannot be returned
• Customized products cannot be returned.
