Baking Powder vs. Baking Soda... What's the Difference? 🤔🍰

Many people think baking powder and baking soda are the same thing, but they're actually quite different!

🥄 Baking Soda
✔️ Works when combined with acidic ingredients like yogurt, lemon juice, or vinegar.
✔️ Using too much can leave a bitter or soapy taste.

🥄 Baking Powder
✔️ Contains baking soda along with acidic ingredients.
✔️ Doesn't require any additional acid to work.
✔️ Commonly used in cakes, muffins, and sponge cakes.

📌 Remember: Baking powder and baking soda are not exact substitutes for each other. For the best results, always use the one specified in the recipe.

صرف درجۂ حرارت دیکھ کر کسی ملک کا مذاق نہ اڑائیں۔

پاکستان میں 45 یا 50 ڈگری گرمی معمول کی بات لگتی ہے، جبکہ اسپین میں 36 ڈگری پر اموات کی خبریں آتی ہیں۔ اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ وہاں کے لوگ کمزور ہیں۔

ہر ملک کا موسم، رہن سہن، گھروں کی ساخت اور لوگوں کی جسمانی عادتیں مختلف ہوتی ہیں۔ جو درجۂ حرارت ہمارے لیے قابلِ برداشت ہو، وہ کسی دوسرے ملک میں جان لیوا ثابت ہو سکتا ہے۔

انسانی جان کی کوئی قیمت نہیں لگائی جا سکتی۔ دوسروں کے دکھ پر ہنسنے کے بجائے ہمدردی کا اظہار کرنا ہی بہتر رویہ ہے۔
Don't judge or mock a country just by looking at its temperature.

In Pakistan, temperatures of 45°C to 50°C may seem normal, while in Spain, reports of deaths during 36°C heat can occur. That doesn't mean people there are weaker.

Every country has a different climate, lifestyle, housing design, and level of physical adaptation. A temperature that feels manageable to us can be life-threatening somewhere else.

Human life is priceless. Instead of laughing at others' suffering, it's always better to show empathy and compassion.
