We're Hiring – MEP Associate (Facility Maintenance)
Facility: Avenue Mall & Farooq Hospital DHA
We are looking for a proactive MEP Associate to support the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will help ensure all building services operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance requirements.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Assist in maintaining generators, pumps, UPS, lighting, and water supply systems.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MEP maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
