There is a flood of posts that warn Muslims to clearly identify Al-Aqsa Mosque and not to mistake Dome of Rock with it. Although this information is correct but we also must remember the whole Al- Aqsa compound also called 'Al-Harem Al-Sharif' by Muslims and 'Temple Mount' by Jews, is sacred and holy for Muslims that include the golden domed building as well as grey domed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
P.S. According to belief of orthodox Jews (not the Zionist Jews of Israel), Jews are not allowed to enter Temple Mount and only high priest can visit occasionally. And that is why they pray on the side of the 'wailing' wall of this compound, below the actual mount.
