Labour & Love Labour & Love combines business with a love for humanity - it literally is Fashion with Compassion.

Working with impoverished women from Pakistan we strive to create beautiful hand embellished contemporary items. Labour & Love only works with impoverished women living in and around the city of Lahore, Pakistan to make a variety of beautiful hand made items - taking their skills and using them in a contemporary and international way. Women can work from home where we provide them with all the ma

terials they need, or they can work at our stitch Center. Women are paid per piece that they make - the rate we pay them is well above what they would get if they were to work outside the home. We believe in making a profit but not such a great one that the worker gets exploited in the process - we look to see how much time and energy it takes to make something and women are paid accordingly. In this way, we are giving the women an income generating opportunity and they are thus able to contribute to their households and we have a clear conscience!
