We are looking for motivated and experienced Skills Development Trainers across all regions of Pakistan to deliver community-based and institutional trainings. This is a project-based freelance opportunity. Trainers will be selected for nearby trainings and paid per engagement.

✅ Trainer Responsibilities

Conduct skill-based workshops/trainings (topics may include: digital skills, tailoring, soft skills, entrepreneurship, bag making , fashion designing , marketing , jewelry making, wood work , sketching , Pottery making or other handicrafts )

Deliver content effectively to youth, women, and community members

Submit training reports, attendance, and documentation post-session

Coordinate with the central team for schedules and updates

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

🎓 Who Can Apply?

Individuals with skills in fashion designing, textile designing, bag making, jewelry making, or other handicrafts

Experienced or aspiring trainers who can teach others in a simple and engaging way

Passionate about community development and skills empowerment

Open to working on freelance, short-term assignments in their local area

Based anywhere in Pakistan

Through these initiatives, we aim to equip underprivileged individuals especially women with practical skills, entrepreneurial training, and access to markets, helping them become self-reliant and valuable contributors to economic growth. Our workshops will cover a diverse range of vocational areas including handicrafts, textile design, jewelry making, bag making, and home-based enterprises.
