We are a Polish manufacturer of reflective products. Our mission is to build safety awareness while maintaining aesthetics and quality.

We have our own production facility, printing house, graphic design department and back office. Refloactive is a manufacturer of certified reflective promotional items that combine safety with brand promotion. We create customised products that are visible after dark and operate across the European market.

Looks like the long weekend is going to be beautiful ☀️ so we’ll probably all be spending plenty of time outside - bike rides, runs, walks, a BBQ at the neighbor’s, and heading home a bit after dark 😄

And that’s exactly when it’s worth remembering one simple thing: safety.

Once it gets dark, even a short walk or the way back from the garden can be less safe than it seems - we’re simply less visible and easier to miss.

That’s why reflectors are a total game changer:
🚴 on your bike
🏃‍♀️ while running
🚶 on walks
🌙 on your way back from a BBQ, bonfire, or your allotment

It’s a small thing that can make a big difference. It doesn’t get in the way, it’s inexpensive, and it significantly improves your visibility.

So let’s enjoy the weather, recharge outdoors, and look out for each other. Let’s keep this long weekend fun and safe 💛

We often get messages asking if we can support different events - festivals, fundraisers, charity initiatives - usually by donating reflective gear. And honestly, we love that people reach out to us 💛

Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to, we simply can’t support every single request.

That doesn’t mean we’re not involved though 😉 We regularly support various initiatives and events, including sports activities. Recently, we donated reflective vests to seniors from the University of the Third Age and thousands of vests were also sent to Ukraine.

A large batch of vests also went to the Lemara Barge in Bydgoszcz.

We don’t always talk loudly about what we do or who we help - but a lot is happening behind the scenes 🙌
At the same time, the number of requests we receive is huge, so it’s just not possible for us to support every initiative.

What makes us especially happy is being able to support Bydgoszcz - our beloved city ❤️
Let’s make it a safer place together.

👉 Behind the scenes: setting up our trade show booth 💪

For us, every trade show isn’t just about the event day itself - it also means a busy day of preparation beforehand. We set up the entire booth from scratch, take care of every detail of the display and arrange all the products so they look their absolute best ✨

It’s always a lot of work but also incredibly satisfying when everything starts to come together.

And now a question for you 👇
Can anyone guess how many hours it usually takes us to set up the entire booth? 😄
