Greetings from MSPO Kielce! 👋 This year’s International Defence Industry Exhibition is record-breaking - with an unprecedented number of exhibitors and visitors gathered in Kielce to discuss security, defence capabilities, infrastructure and international cooperation.

The scale is clearly visible on site: full exhibition halls, many meetings and strong interest in solutions that support operational readiness and allied cooperation. For Inter Marine Group and IM Solutions, MSPO is an important place to talk about NATO Gateway - a comprehensive range of services provided to NATO militaries at the Port of Gdynia.

🤝 NATO Gateway brings together the capabilities of the Port Gdynia, BCT - Baltic Container Terminal Gdynia and IM Solutions to support military cargo operations in one of the key logistics hubs in the Baltic Sea region. 💨 Wind energy projects need more than certified people. Certificates are important. But in real project conditions, employers also need people who are properly selected, prepared, equipped, mobilised and supported throughout the process.

👷 A wind energy project may require technicians, electricians, mechanics, troubleshooters, industrial painters, site managers or complete project teams. Each role needs the right qualifications, but also the right documentation, travel organisation, accommodation, PPE, training, payroll support and day-to-day coordination.

🪁 W Łebie latawce były w powietrzu, a my uczyliśmy, jak ratować życie. Podczas XI Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Latawców, na zaproszenie Equinor i Polenergia, wspólnie realizujących projekty morskich farm wiatrowych BAŁTYK, prowadziliśmy otwarte warsztaty z pierwszej pomocy i bezpiecznego zachowania nad wodą 🌊

👏 Ogromne podziękowania należą się naszym instruktorom z IM Training - Michałowi Klonowskiemu i Maciejowi Gajdzie. To oni przez cały dzień prowadzili uczestników przez kolejne ćwiczenia, tłumaczyli, pokazywali i przede wszystkim dawali możliwość samodzielnego działania. Zrobili świetną robotę - merytorycznie, praktycznie i z ogromnym zaangażowaniem. Dziękujemy za poziom, energię i sposób, w jaki potraficie angażować ludzi w naukę pierwszej pomocy.

❤️‍🩹 Było RKO na manekinach i w wirtualnej rzeczywistości, tamowanie krwotoków, opatrywanie ran, obsługa AED oraz pomoc w przypadku zadławienia. Duże zainteresowanie wzbudzał również kieszonkowy defibrylator AED - urządzenie, które pokazuje, że sprzęt ratujący życie naprawdę może być zawsze pod ręką.

Najbardziej cieszy nas jednak to, ile osób - dorosłych i dzieci - chciało spróbować, przećwiczyć i zadać pytanie. Bo w pierwszej pomocy sama wiedza to za mało. Pewność działania pojawia się wtedy, kiedy można wcześniej sprawdzić się w praktyce.

Dziękujemy Equinor i Polenergia za zaproszenie i możliwość bycia częścią tego wydarzenia, a wszystkim, którzy nas odwiedzili - za zaangażowanie, pytania i wspólne ćwiczenia.

🌊🛟 Pod koniec sierpnia spotkamy się w Łebie - i tym razem będziemy mówić przede wszystkim o bezpieczeństwie.

29 sierpnia podczas XI Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Latawców, na zaproszenie Equinor i Polenergii budujących wspólnie morskie farmy wiatrowe BAŁTYK, poprowadzimy otwarte warsztaty z pierwszej pomocy i bezpiecznego zachowania nad wodą.

Za część praktyczną odpowiadać będą dwaj doświadczeni instruktorzy z naszego centrum szkoleniowego IM Training.

Uczestnicy będą mogli samodzielnie przećwiczyć:
❤️ resuscytację krążeniowo-oddechową na manekinach oraz z wykorzystaniem technologii VR
🩸 tamowanie krwotoków i opatrywanie ran – także w realistycznych scenariuszach z wykorzystaniem imitacji ran i sztucznej krwi
⚡obsługę automatycznego defibrylatora zewnętrznego AED

🚢 Every vessel has different crew requirements. A container ship, tanker, gas carrier, Ro-Ro vessel, PCTC, offshore unit or passenger vessel each requires a different mix of experience, certificates, documentation and operational readiness.

That is why crewing cannot be based only on matching a job title.
