Still taking in a pretty special few days in Sardinia.
A big thank you to the Due Lune Invitational team for having Mogshade on board as a sponsor, and above all for putting golf behind a cause that matters.
The Invitational supports Peso Positivo | Insieme contro i disturbi alimentari, a project dedicated to prevention and awareness around eating disorders. Special thanks to Claudia and everyone behind the project for the work they keep doing.
And then there was the setting: Pevero Golf Club and Due Lune Resort & Golf | Sardinia Golf Club Puntaldia | Sardinia. Two stunning places to play golf with some equally ridiculous company.
Michelin-starred chefs Giancarlo Morelli and Claudio Sadler, football names including Gianfranco Zola, Mauro Tassotti, Roberto Donadoni, Marco van Basten, Roberto Di Matteo, Carlo Cudicini, Edwin van der Sar and Massimo Mauro, alongside Pierluigi Pardo, paolodechiesa and Italian golf legend Costantino Rocca, among many others.
A slightly surreal weekend of golf, food, old stories, new encounters and Sardinia doing what Sardinia does.
Grateful to have had a small part in it, and even more so when the reason for being there goes well beyond golf.
