All our chocolates are handcrafted with Award-winning Grand Cru cacao and our unique handmade caramels and infusions. All our chocolates are handcrafted right here in San Juan, Puerto Rico utilizing fresh, local products from local farmers, as well as our own organic spices. We dont use any extracts, concentrates or flavorings. All of our flavors are fresh from the source. Local Pineapple, Fresh Apples and Pears, Hand-squeezed oranges and lemons, home-brewed coffees and teas, as well as our own basil, rosemary and lemongrass, among others. When an ingredient is not available to us locally, we strive to source the best in the world, such as Vanilla beans from Madagascar, and Dates from the Middle East. Because our chocolates are made in small batches, they are always fresh and never frozen. This helps preserve the exotic tastes and qualities of our ingredients. No two batches are ever exactly the same. And Because chocolate is Art, we are constantly working together with Museo de Arte de PR (MAPR) in an effort to support local artists and writers.
