Our first day of the Film Art Lab!

They explored colors.
They each made a mood board for the Little Red Riding Hood.
They interpreted a story told only in 6 images. Then they created and made a storyboard for their own story told in 6 images. After sketching out the storyboard, they created mini sets and took photos of of each frame/scene.

We created Film Art Lab for teens who love films but are especially interested in drawing, design, world-building and storytelling - the creative work that happens before a film is ever made.
