I usually don't give reviews unless I truly believe in it. I have doing yoga with Melissa Larsen since she opened her Soul Flow Studio. In 2008 I had a devastating stroke and a severe brain hemorrhage that nearly took me from this world. That compromised balance, depth perception, etc. I also suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, which those who have immune system diseases know, cause a lot of pain. With perseverance and strong will, yoga with Melissa helped me recoup my balance and minimize my pains. I can't go to a regular gym as both of my carotid arteries are blocked (that's what caused the 1st "accident". Melissa makes sure that I am breathing correctly and watching my heart rate. The meditation techniques also improved my brain function, Come try them for yourself (the first class is free) and you will see what I am capable of now! The Soul Flow Studio will also begin offering online classes (we can do in pajamas!) with our pets. I never thank you enough Melissa Larsen for what you have done for me. See you soon.
