Arkhe Wine Squad at
What a joy to come up to Porto, as our yearly gathering to taste new Portuguese wines, meet new producers and discover good friends with their new vintages.
Our whole dining room service team had the chance to taste more than hundred wines and finally put a face to all the great winemakers we support and represent in .
Thank you to all of you for your work, organization and all the amazing winemakers present.

Game changers, not only on the plate but also around it.

Arkhe has a singular cuisine based on vegetal tissue, not by trend but by true practice and belief. We are also part of the change, taking bold decisions, definjng our financial stability and long term perspectives.

We are thrilled to be able to share the way we found to take care of our Team, aligned with our objectives. One of our main goals is to create a long lasting House, with a strong team who sees a real evolution and wants to be a part of it.
This is the Sustainability we see, that goes beyond what you have in the plate.
We thank to give out our testimony about our daily operation, explaining the decisions and format we have built.
We are very glad to share similar thoughts with professionals as and .
Thank you to all our guests for their support on this game changing way to see our industry.

Aristote

Thank you Service Team for allowing me to guide you on the path of Excellence. Just getting started!

• Arkhe Field Trip to Loire Valley •
For more than 10 years i have been coming to this yearly gathering!
Since my installation in Portugal, i have maintained this habit to be able to meet as many dear winemakers as possible in a few days and also some fellow importers and dear colleagues sommeliers.
It is a true physical marathon but also a true responsibility towards my team members who have joined, our guests and myself to keep tasting wines from all over Europe mainly and besides our daily activities discover more and more wines from talented winemakers.
As Sommeliers and ambassadors of wine we have to challenge our knowledge, our habits and be open to what so many talents are making and bottling. It is a humbling training and such a joy to see how much there is to learn and discover every day.
I encourage year after year dear Portuguese sommeliers colleagues to take advantage of this type of wide reunions to learn more and more about the Terroirs around us and enhance our tasting panels which unfortunately we are not able to expose as much to imports locally.
Let diversity continue and more gatherings drain more talented young sommeliers making the new signatures of wine selections in the country!
Arkhe’s wine team had a blast for sure and is preparing its next destination!

Lemos, antecipamos e tentamos superar as expectativas existentes.

•Cheese aging and evolution has always been a passion for me to discover.
Since 2011 during those days where
I used to go learn and train with Théo Michel at to understand in depth their Métier I had in mind I will do it for me one day.

Today in Arkhe we have been working deeply in understanding the singularity of each cheese and producer we work with in order to accompany each item the best way possible.
Some of our producers and cheese mongers have allowed us to have unique pieces! .pratas .queijo and during this winter in St Jean de luz have shared with us unique pieces.

Our new house has a new space to showcase them and share our love for it!

Searching, understanding, sharing and learning daily to give out the best from our Team to our guests! Let there be more cheese, condiments and drinks to show them as they should!

Finally after months waiting to dig in, finally made it. Some of those books that make you reconnect with your inner passions and set aside the difficulties of entrepreneurship.
Cannot say thank you for such a generous writing and emotional way of putting each visit. The essence of our “Métier” sharing stories of great humans and professionals passionate about their craft.
Amazing work thank you for sharing some of this stories we once lived or those we dream about.
