Opening a new shop looks exciting from the outside… but behind those doors, there are weeks of planning, moving, building, fixing, carrying, organizing, worrying, and asking myself, “Why did I decide to do this again?” 😂

But here we are. ❤️

Needle & Hook has grown from a little home business into a real handmade craft community, and now we have a new home at City Center Mall.

If you’ve ever bought something from us, joined a workshop, shared our posts, visited our shop, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on, thank you. Every little bit of support has helped me get here.

Now I’m asking you to support this new chapter too. 🧶❤️

Come visit us at our new City Center location, bring a friend, join a workshop, discover something handmade, or simply come say hello.

Small businesses grow because people choose to support them.

And this little crochet dream is still growing. 🧶

Building a second shop sounds glamorous until you realize the shelves you need are out of stock. 😂

So… we took some of our shelves from our Tawar shop apart, loaded them up and gave them a second life at our new City Center location.

Because apparently opening a second shop also means becoming part time furniture movers. 🥲

But watching the empty space slowly turn into a Needle & Hook shop has been so worth it.

Our new handmade craft experience is almost ready. 🧶

Some ideas grow better when we grow them together. 🤍

Today MLKÅ Bakery brought together a beautiful group of women entrepreneurs in Qatar for an afternoon of connection, conversation, inspiration, and sharing experiences.

Our meetup took place at the lovely MLKÅ Bakery, founded by an amazing woman entrepreneur who brings the art of sourdough baking to Qatar. 🍞

It was a beautiful reminder that behind every small business there is a woman with a story, a dream, plenty of challenges, and a lot of determination.

We talked, laughed, shared ideas, supported each other, and of course… enjoyed some really good sourdough! 🥖

Here’s to building a community where women don’t just compete, but connect, collaborate, and lift each other up. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this meetup so special.

More connections. More collaborations. More women building something of their own.
