What I’ve learnt in the last month and I want to share with you ❤️

I went to Turkey and learnt to kite surf or at least I am few lessons away from succeeding.
For now, I can stand and maybe go for couple of seconds if wind helps me. 🙊

Standing in front of the vast seaside with wind blowing harsh and managing a kite 25 meters in the air, with “feather fingers” is a major goal for me.

I tried this 4 years ago in another country, in another lifetime and I had a really bad experience.

Reaching back to this point made me freeze and quit doing it, even before starting.

It’s not an easy sport, especially at almost 45 years.

It’s rough, it exposes you to all your fears and believes, it hits you when you at least expect it, it gets water and sand in places you never knew you had, it makes all your body hurt, but the reward?
Wow!!!
Freedom! 🕊️🪁

I rode for 75 m and I felt the joy. Now I have a goal to reach it again and stay on that track.

So, this is my summer journey of 2026.

I have embarked and I am still on board!
