Ieri seara va spuneam despre Jackson Browne cm ca a inspirat cu repetitiile sale marele hit Hotel California.
Iata si un album de-al lui : Running On Empty din 1977.
Ce il face a fi un album special si demn de postat? In primul rand este foarte bun, apoi este un mix de inregistrari live si studio, dar nu chiar studio. Melodiile care nu sunt live, sunt inregistrate prin camere de motel sau hotel, una char in autocar in timpul deplasarii, dar toate din timpul turneelor facute alaturi de Eagles si Linda Ronstadt.

Russ Kunkel is credited as playing "snare, hi-hat, and cardboard box with foot pedal." The song was recorded aboard the band's Continental Silver Eagle tour bus (hence the lyrical reference to 4. "Silver Eagle") while en route from Portland, Maine to their next gig in New Jersey. The bus's engine is audible in the background throughout, and its downshift and acceleration can be plainly heard during the bridge.
