Stay away from gossip. Don't enjoy hearing negative news about others, especially if you already dislike them.
When you hear bad news and find yourself smiling, stop yourself. Instead, make du'a: "May Allah forgive them."
Don't say, "They deserved it." None of us deserves to fall. We're all sinners. Today it may be them. Tomorrow it could be me.
Imagine a society where people gather for hours without mentioning someone's name except with goodness.
No gossip.
No "Did you hear...?"
No spreading unverified news.
Instead, they remember Allah, mention His Messenger ﷺ, pray together, and leave with something beneficial.
May Allah protect our tongues, our hearts, and our communities. Ameen.
