✨ EUROPEAN DOG SHOW — DAY 2 RECAP ✨

What a Day 2! 🖤✨

One of the absolute highlights of the day was our live event Talking Pomeranians — Round Table, where we brought together some truly respected and passionate voices within the Pomeranian world for an open discussion.

Together, we talked about the Pomeranian breed standard, breeding, type, development of the breed and the future of Pomeranians — sharing different perspectives, experiences and thoughts in an honest and open conversation.

We were incredibly proud to welcome our panel:

The discussion was led by our own Team Always member and highly respected Pomeranian breeder Adrian Fernandez — Pom de Cachemir. 🖤

Creating a space where experienced breeders can come together, exchange knowledge, discuss the breed standard and openly talk about the direction and future of the breed is something we believe is incredibly valuable.

A huge thank you to our wonderful panel for sharing your knowledge, experience and passion — and to everyone who joined us live, listened, asked questions and became part of the conversation. ✨

And a very special thank you to Jessica Frohagen — Del Mar Poms, whose dedication, initiative and work behind the scenes made this event possible. 🖤 Without her, Talking Pomeranians — Round Table would not have come to life in the way it did, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did to bring this idea together.

European Dog Show is about so much more than the show ring for us. It is about community, education, knowledge and bringing passionate dog people together.

What an amazing first day! 🖤✨

We’ve had the absolute best time meeting so many of you, talking coat care, sharing tips and helping you find the right Always Professional Grooming products for your dogs and their individual coat needs.

One of the things we love most about events like this is getting to meet you in person, answer your questions and show how the right products and routines can make such a difference in both preparation, maintenance and that final show finish. ✨

And of course — getting to see so many wonderful faces from our Always Ambassador Family has made the day even more special. 🖤 We’re incredibly proud of this community and so happy to share European Dog Show with so many of you.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, asked questions, tested products, shared stories and made Day 1 unforgettable.

The cheapest product isn’t always the cheapest. 👀

Dilution charts are everywhere in the grooming industry. They compare brands, calculate cost per groom and make it look incredibly cheap.

But…

How many of those numbers actually reflect real-life grooming?

We recently came across a dilution chart claiming a wash costs only €0.11 per groom on a toy-sized dog.

Sounds impressive, right?

Until you realize the calculation is based on using just 75 ml of ready-to-use shampoo for the entire bath.

So now I’m genuinely curious…

👇 Have YOU ever bathed a toy-sized dog using only 75 ml of diluted shampoo?

Because if you actually need 150 ml instead of 75 ml…

➡️ Your cost per groom doesn’t stay the same.
➡️ It doubles.

That’s exactly why our dilution chart is based on 150 ml of ready-to-use product, diluted 1:32—because we’d rather show realistic numbers than impressive ones.

At that volume, the cost is €0.16 per groom.

A little higher on paper…

…but much closer to what most groomers actually use.

📊 A cheap cost-per-groom calculation only works if the amount of product used is realistic.

So next time you compare brands, don’t just ask:

❌ “How much does one wash cost?”

Ask instead:

✔️ How much ready-to-use product was actually used to calculate that number?
