We are a group of artists/artisans based in Göteborg who felt the need to find a small gallery to be able to show and sell their creations. We have taken things in our own hands and in the blink of an eye KOB - Konsthantverk och Bilder shop/gallery became reality. Starting a non-profit association of artists during an ongoing pandemic is not only daring, but above all visionary. With covid 19, we have all learned to wash our hands a little more often, to be aware of each other a little more and to reflect on our consumption habits in a different way. What is important? What do my actions lead to, beyond my own everyday life? How do I want to live? The earth speaks to us. It can no longer suffocate due to production and consumption chains of unsustainable and meaningless products. So we started KOB - Konsthantverk och Bilder. KOB wants to welcome you to a new everyday life. An everyday life where we choose what we buy based on sustainable production in respect for nature and man. KOB is a non-profit association whose main purpose is to arouse, maintain and spread the interest in art, crafts and handicrafts by showing and selling the members' own products; making the individuals behind the products visible and spreading knowledge about the craftsmanship behind the art. KOB gallery store is located at Kobbarnasväg 12 in Olskroken in Gothenburg. We are also present on Facebook and Instagram. You can read more about us on our website www.kob12.com. Warm welcome :)!
