Back to school snack box 🤩

Here is some inspiration for a small lunchbox for the little ones. Mini pizzas, fresh berries, fresh peas and a date bar. The pizza is made with tomato sauce and cheese. You can add your kids’ favorite pizza topping. Bake for about 9-10 minutes in a preheated fan oven at 200°C.

These red lentil crepes are filling, protein-rich savory pancakes made from just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for wraps, lunches, or light dinners🤗

✨Ingredients for 8–10 crepes:
- 250 g dried red lentils
- 600 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for cooking
- 1 tsp salt

✨How to do it:
1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly until the water runs clear.
2. Add the lentils to a blender along with the water, olive oil, and salt.
3. Blend until completely smooth.
4. Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes before cooking.
5. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil.
6. Pour about 100 ml of batter into the pan and spread it into a thin crepe.
7. Cook until set and lightly golden, then flip and cook on the other side.
8. Serve with hummus, greens, and falafel

Sometimes you have to think out of the box 🌟
This also applies to cake mix that comes in a box. Trust us, nobody will know this Lemon pie with lemon curd cream is a fancy decorated cake mix cake.

Ingredients (4 servings):
1 cake mix (Ama Lemon cake)
100 ml cream (for whipping)
1 tbsp lemon curd
1 lemon or lime

Bake the cake according to instructions on the packet and let it cool off. Cut the cake into small circles, whip some cream with lemon curd and use it as a frosting on top. Grate some lime or lemon zest on top. Ready to serve 🍋
