BOBO Store at Roslagsgatan 32 is open Monday through Friday all of June, with some closed weeks in July, for graduation and wedding gifts. All glassware comes in ready-to-gift boxes and in-store gift wrapping service is available.

Introducing BOBO Karaff.

BOBO Karaff was crafted around the idea: hard to wash, seldom used. Carafes should collect bottles, not dust. Karaff is mouth-blown in lead-free crystal, holds 85cl and stands 20.5cm tall, sharing dimensions with BOBO Oak so the two slot into the same glass rack and the same wash cycle. The volume fits a full bottle of wine but works equally well as a water carafe on the table with two Jacksons stacked on top.

BOBO Ballon is a short-stemmed glass. Low, round, and defiantly graceful. Each glass is mouth-blown in lead-free crystal, holds about 20cl and stands a mere 11cm tall. The ultra-fine rim and short, delicate stem disappear, leaving the coupe suspended like a hot air balloon. Generous where it counts, its content takes center stage. The glass welcomes a variety of serves from Irish Coffee to Champagne cocktails, Negroni, or simply neat. Designed in collaboration with Stefano Agostino.

Back in stock. BOBO Steel is a wine glass rooted in vinification. The way a wine is aged shapes its character. Steel tanks prevent oxidation, preserving freshness and protecting the fruit-forward notes. The glass holds those aromatics close and keeps the delicacy intact. Each piece is crafted in lead-free crystal, holds approximately 45cl, and stands 20.5cm tall.

After the emergence of Italian vermouth in the 1860s, New York City bartenders began experimenting with different ratios of rye whiskey and vermouth. With bitters added, the Manhattan was born.

The cocktail gave rise to a whole family of drinks — base spirit, sweet vermouth, bitters — and showed what three ingredients could do when properly balanced. It set a standard that still holds. Any serious bar carries it, and after more than a century, it remains one of the clearest examples of nineteenth century bartending at its best.

At G.A.T. you can go for their house Manhattan or their own riff: ”Uptown”. Cognac, rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, PX sherry, finished with aromatic bitters. Served up in a BOBO Dry.

Ally’s Bar, situated in the nest of Langosteria Montenapoleone in Milan, is a new destination for classic cocktails right around the corner from the Duomo. Today, Stefano Agostino is making one of his personal favorite cocktails - the Norman Conquest.

The Norman Conquest is an equal parts stirred cocktail consisting of American bourbon, Calvados and red Italian vermouth, finished off with a few dashes of bitters. The cocktail is served over ice in a BOBO Jackson together with a zest of orange. The cocktail, as an homage, is adapted from a recipe created by Erik Lorincz at The American Bar at The Savoy Hotel, London. A cocktail shaker containing the Norman Conquest cocktail has been buried within the counter of The American Bar during the renovation of The Savoy.
