To our valued US Customers,
We are writing to inform you that we will be temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States from Canada, effective immediately. We understand this is frustrating news and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
This decision is a direct result of the recent removal of the de minimis exception by the current US administration. Previously, this exception allowed us to ship low-value orders duty-free and with minimal customs paperwork. The removal of this rule means that all shipments, regardless of value, are now subject to duties and tariffs.
This change has created significant confusion and logistical challenges for international carriers. Many carriers have already announced a suspension of small parcel shipments to the US because there is no clear system in place to collect tariffs from the sender in advance.
We are actively exploring solutions and monitoring the situation closely. We hope to resume shipping to our valued US customers as soon as possible, once a reliable and predictable shipping process is established.
