Black and white photography used to be my obsession. I love the darkroom and I love workshops of all kind. But mostly I love making a mess at home. Just a brick for soldering jewelry or a bathtub for rinsing photographs. I still make a mess at home even if we have our workshop. It’s just the way I am..🫣

Our lovely customer Michaela made this illustration of a house in and wanted it as a keepsake on a Sisin Pieni when they move from Sweden. We were worried at first that it would be too small on a ring that is so tiny. But it worked out so beautifully! ❤️

Midsummer weekend in Sweden can be so magical!
Such an inspiration! I had the pleasure of a foggy night also (my favorite!)
I was born in the ”country of the thousand lakes” (Finland). But I now know Sweden has even more lakes. Although this one here is Svartälven a river..

I called it Puro when I designed it, which means stream in Finnish.
But Per who is the one often hammering them nowadays calles this earring “Pöl=puddle” since he doesn’t know Finnish and Finnish is hard. I kind of think the poetry gets lost. But it’s also funny! 😂 Or what do you think?
