Vi är på plats i Boden på Load Up North tillsammans med Söderberg & Haak!

Kom förbi montern, kika på stora maskiner, snacka lite skit och få en riktigt go’ kopp kaffe. Vi håller maskinen varm och serverar the good stuff hela mässan.
Vi kör kaffeprovningar på 1030 förmiddag och 1400 eftermiddagen🤙

Hello friends! Big news.

It’s been a long time coming, but we’ve finally decided on something we’ve been thinking about for years.

For a while now, we’ve been feeling a bit out of place. Like we just don’t quite fit in.

All the “stoked” this, “good vibes” that. Gnarly coffees, savage flavors.
It’s just been kind of… a lot - you know?

So we’ve decided to lean into what we’ve learned here in Sweden and gently place our overly friendly, vibrant California style to the side.

We’re going lagom.

From now on, we are rebranding as Low-Key Coffee Roasters.

No more excitement. No more strong opinions. We’ll simply lean back, wait for you to tell us how you feel, and meet you exactly there.

We hope that’s okay with you - and please don’t think we’re trying to be anything more than unremarkable.
We think the coffee is pretty okay. And that’s good enough for us.

Even when staying at a hotel, I've gotta brew my own.
Brought an Aeropress this weekend and luckily the hotel room had a water boiler.
So I fixed up a fresh batch up Kenyan Rosebella before going down to the breakfast buffet 🤣
Nothing beats having the good stuff wherever you go.

We are placed near the Ice Hockey arena right on the corner spot. Impossible to miss!
For this first year ever we are standing at the best market in Hälsingland!
We have our full set up with the espresso bar and tons of freshly roasted beans all the way from dark to light roast.
