• No hidden charges. Please note the following for orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
I. To avail of COD service, the product items in the cart should be eligible for COD. You will not open the product package without making the payment at the time of delivery. If done so then the delivery will be deemed to be accepted by you and will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange. If the product or packaging has been tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the order. No credit/debit cards will be accepted at the time of delivery under the COD method. We cannot accept COD in case your pin code is not serviceable*

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Funkyshop24 prior to the acceptance of any order. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the applicable invoice, calculated from the date of the invoice. Funkyshop24 has all the discretion to cancel or deny any orders. Funkyshop24 is not responsible for any pricing, typographical or other error concerning the products and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from any such errors. Shipping Policy
Funkyshop24 is currently shipping all over India. Further, we are working on enabling international shipping soon. Funkyshop24 understands how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time; hence our team works round the clock to try and get your products across to you in the shortest timeframe possible. Shipping Fee: We levy a shipping charge of 70 /- INR for Prepaid Payment and 120/- INR for COD Payments
Shipping Duration: The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page. All our products are shipped out between 1 - 10 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond Funkyshop24’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Funkyshop24 will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe. We will inform you within 24 working hours from receipt of your request. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Replacement is valid only in case a product was damaged in transit or the wrong product was received. Just email us directly at [email protected] within 4 days of delivery of the product along with the image of the damaged product and we’ll take you through the process. Make sure you record an unboxing video, only then a return is accepted for a damaged product. What are the refund options available to me? Once the product is received by us, a refund/exchange will be initiated within 2- 5 business days post the quality check. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference. For COD orders, personal bank information needs to be provided for the transfer of the refund, or alternatively, a store credit can be processed, as per your preference. Please note: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the original shipping charges while placing the order. We, at Funkyshop24, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:
In the case of returns or exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, tags of the product are intact. Initiate the return request by simply emailing us at [email protected] within 4 days of receiving the products. Once the request is reviewed the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days. The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement, refund, or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email. Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in their original packaging and the seals, tags, or barcodes are not tampered with. Please note: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed? Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 5 business days of receiving the order. Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take? In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Funkyshop24 coupons, which can be used during future purchases. How will I get refunded for the canceled orders and how long will this process take? In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
