We are pleased to let u know that we are almost done with our job and soon can let all our customers know where to redeem the balance hours. Meanwhile we hope those customer who haven send ours the details pls do so.
For those already inform us. Pls kindly let us know the area u stay , etc(punggol) so we can provide the playgrounds nearer to ur settlement.
We also understand that some customers insist for a refund. We apologize for the trouble caused because refund is unavailable at this moment. It requires more time.

Some customers feed back there is no response after sms us. Its because we need some times to figure out the customers' data balance hours n etc. We need to sort out one by one and it takes some time. If you are nt very sure the exact hours, please state in this form. (6-8hours ) or (7-9hours). Cause some data were messed up and we do not wish to have more problems or conflicts after we sort out all the data. So please kindly drop us a sms with your details and balance hours to help us double confirm your details and balance hours.

Sorry for the long waiting and all the inconvenience caused. It has been quite some time since we closed and its not easy to find stable playgrounds that may not close down anytime to take over our customers' balance hours. However, now we would like to seek for all our customers to drop a sms to

We understand that some customer may not be very clear of their balance hours. Just send us what you remember and after we verify the balance hours we will sms back our customers on where to redeem the balance hours.

To all our dear customers.
We are very sorry to inform all of you that we are unable to continue to operate at waterway point due to the raise of rental, outbreak of the COVID-19 and the rules n regulations by the mall.
First of all we are very sorry to inform that, even during this hard time. The mall still requesting for higher rental even though we are not able to operate during this period of time. Our contract end at 31st March we have extend until July to further monitor the situation for the Covid-19. However, it seems the situation is not getting well controlled. They are asking for higher rental when we try to recontract and extend another 2 years.

Secondly, due to the outbreak of the disease, indoor playgrounds are being consider as high risk areas for kids. Therefore lesser parents are willing to bring their kids to playgrounds.

Lastly, we are facing the rules and regulations by the government and malls. While we are not allow to operate and yet we have to pay rental. This makes us extremely hard to continue to operate. We wont blame the mall for charging us, we wont blame the mall for not allow us to operate as usual. We just wish that our customers can give us some understanding that we are not able to continue our business anymore. And also we will drop all our customers a massage on how you can redeem your remaining hours at which playground and the location.

Dear members,
To emphasize on hygiene on this period of time. We increase our daily cleaning frm 2 to 4 times a day and our monthly disinfection svc from 30 days to 20 days. All parents are required to check body temperature also before go in the playground with the kids. All tourist are not allow to visit our playground.
