a huge thank you to all stakeholders - my team,
director, shareholders & customers (both local and
international gems) for 2 years of support! the organic
growth we have experienced as a company has been
insane & i'm proud to say that i can rely on this
business for stable income.

to address 2 points that many
people have inquired about
the business:

1. "are you still active on your
socials?" - we're rarely active
in creating content, but one of
my workers has been
consistently managing orders
& queries on our Instagram
account Raine’s Gems]]
we've found that focusing our
time on working on custom
orders & organic growth
suffices. moreover, to be
completely honest with you,
i'm also too busy to oversee
any social media activity @

2. "do you accept online payment directly on your
website? - nope! we don't produce goods to the mass
market, so it would be easier to track inventory and
ensure all orders can be fulfilled as soon as possible
through ensuring customers order via our email or
Instagram direct messages. payment methods
accepted include bank transfer, paynow, paypal, cash
on delivery* (only applicable for domestic purchases)
for now, I'm content with keeping my business small
and may consider derent otons or eandininn
future when I get the opportunity to solely focus on
building this companv.

HEY GEMS!! 💎 IT’S 8TH AUGUST, WHICH MEANSSS IT’S *RAINE’S GEMS BIRTHDAY*!!!! 🤩🥳😋💍🎂🥂⭐️✨🥰🎊

I would like to thank my small team & all my gems ❤️ You gems are my greatest supporters and I appreciate each and every one of you so much 😭 It’s been an amazing year designing my own products, building my own business from scratch all by myself, learning from my mentors, educating others & forming my own team. Honestly, I definitely need to work on delegating more tasks to others instead of doing majority of the work myself & end up regularly burning out 😅 However, nonetheless, all the daily late work nights, self doubt, sacrifices, failure & risks are all worth it!! 🥰

It has indeed been a very successful year & I’m currently in the best place financially & mentally. At first, I had no idea what I was doing & was struggling with imposter syndrome. Hey Gems! 🔴 DON’T SCROLL! 🔴If you’re interested in ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MARKETING or BUSINESS: Here are 4 must-know marketing terms (explained in detail below) you NEED to know that will help to you navigate in the worlds of entrepreneurship, marketing & business! 👇💎

1. Search Engine Optimisation: The practice of increasing quantity & quality of website traffic. In more basic terms, it's the practice of getting search engines to choose your website as a top result.

2. Conversion Rate: The % of visitors to your site that complete a certain goal compared to the total number of visitors. Some of my strategies include having consistent & valuable social media posts + an easy-to-navigate website!

3. Click Through Rate: The % of people that actually click on one of your ads compared to total impressions. A "good" CTR varies, but there are a few strategies for optimisation. I recommend having targeted keywords in your ads + segmenting keyword groups to generate closer targeting. Be careful because CTR can sometimes be bad for your business. Some of these cases include: you're paying for every click which can generate high ad spend & your generating clicks on costly keywords that won't turn you a profit.

4. Cost Per Lead: The the average cost for your marketing to generate a lead (a person who is likely to make a purchase or complete an action). The CPL can be helpful because it gives a list of leads that can be many times.
