This week, I stayed home for 4 days just to finish up 100 Bak Changs! 🥰 I took my time with each one and honestly enjoyed the wrapping process so much. There’s something really satisfying about wrapping each Bak Chang by hand, one by one.

Slow, handmade, and made with lots of love. 🫶🏻

这星期在家待了4天，就为了完成这100粒粽子！我不赶时间，慢慢包、慢慢做，反而特别享受这个包粽子的过程。每一粒都是亲手慢慢包起来的，看着一颗颗粽子完成，真的很有满足感。

慢工出细活，亲手制作，也把满满的心意包进每一粒粽子里。🫶🏻

After my Provence trip, I made a small batch of Bak Chang again. Every wrap felt gentle, slow, and deeply satisfying. Somehow, the quiet beauty of Provence stayed with me, reminding me to enjoy the process instead of rushing to the finish.

There’s something incredibly therapeutic about wrapping each dumpling by hand… folding the leaves, shaping the rice, and knowing that every Bak Chang carries a little piece of care.

Sometimes, all we need is to return to the things we love, with a calmer heart. 💜

南法普罗旺斯之旅回来后，我只包了一小批粽子。重新拿起粽叶的那一刻，心变得特别平静。

每一个折叶、填米、绑绳的动作，都变得温柔而满足，仿佛把在普罗旺斯感受到的慢生活，也一起包进了粽子里。

原来，真正疗愈人的，不只是旅行，也是回到自己热爱的事情，用一颗安静的心，认真做好每一个当下。

《May May 的假期》 Back when I started my very first job as a visual merchandising designer/music teacher, everyone called me “May May” (Ah May). After this journey through the South of France, I feel like I’ve found that version of myself again, the art student who was endlessly curious, inspired by colours, textures, light, and beauty.

Walking through Provence, visiting galleries, wandering ancient villages, and standing before fields of lavender and sunflowers reminded me why I fell in love with art in the first place.

Sometimes, travel doesn’t change who we are. It simply brings us back to the person we were always meant to be. 💜

还记得刚踏入社会，开始第一份工作时，我是一名视觉陈列设计师，也是一名音乐老师。那时候，身边的人都叫我 May May（阿 May）。

这一趟南法之旅，让我彷佛找回了那个曾经的自己——那个念美术系时，对世界充满好奇、会因为一抹色彩、一束光影、一种质感而感动不已的女孩。

漫步在普罗旺斯的古老小镇，走进一间又一间画廊，站在无边无际的薰衣草花田和向日葵花海前，我再次想起自己当初为什么会如此热爱艺术。

原来，旅行不一定会改变一个人。

有时候，它只是带你回到那个一直都住在心里的自己，那个最真实、最纯粹的自己。💜

I eat well and exercise regularly not just to look good, but to keep my HORMONES balanced. For me, true health isn’t measured by the number on the scale, it’s reflected in the little things:

• I sleep well through the night.

• I can stay focused on what I do.
• And I can laugh easily. 😆

我希望未来的自己，不只是活得久，更要活得有能量、有清晰的头脑，也有发自内心的快乐。
