Let’s talk filtered coffee. As we dive in to the different techniques and methods to brew your perfect cup of coffee we honestly feel that theres no right or wrong way to brew what YOU think taste good to you. For starters we recommend having 1 go to recipe to brew and taste and then slowly change the recipe to suit your taste buds. For example, if you started with a 3 pour and you feel that the coffee will taste better if it had a heavier body try changing it to a 4 pour instead and taste again. Another way to extract more sweetness and intensity is to slow down your flow rate and keep it consistent through out. There are many ways to change the taste of your coffees eg// adjusting the temperature, grind size and yield but we recommend changing 1 variable at a time. If you need any help brewing and adjusting your recipe, drop us a DM and share with us your recipe as we have lots to learn from you as well!
