Operation executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To be responsible for the efficient operation of all operations aspects of the dormitory
• To oversee and supervise the duties of the security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel and vendors with whom the dormitory has service agreements.
• To supervise the Enrolment staff and ensure that all matters pertaining to enrolment are dealt with in accordance with established SOPs.
• To cover duties of Operations Manager in his absence
Job Requirements:
• Highest Qualification: Diploma in Real Estate / Building/ Project / Facilities Management
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Business Strategy, Customer Service, Maintenance, Management, Market Research, Microsoft Office, Microsoft works, Operation, Project Management, Real Estate, Strategic Planning, Team Management, Facility Management, Strong Presentation Skill, Strong Technical Skills, Building Project
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Safety and security knowledge
• Facilities management knowledge
• Familiar with FEDA requirements

• Lunch/ Dinner will be provided
• 5 days rotating workweek
• 3 rotating shift
• Working hours:
• First Shift: 8am to 5pm
• Second Shift: 1pm to 10pm
• Third shift: 10-8am
• Rotating off

• MWOC CCK (SHN Facility)
