URGENT – NEED LAWYER RECOMMENDATION
Assalamualaikum , I really need some help and recommendation.
Erica sedang mencari lawyer / law firm in Singapore yang experienced dalam POHA, online harassment, privacy/data protection & defamation.
I’m currently dealing with a very serious situation with a customer. A private conversation between myself and this customer has been posted publicly on her page without my permission
Yang lebih serious, my personal bank account number and PayNow number were also exposed publicly in the post.
For me, this is no longer just a simple customer dispute or disagreement. Private conversation is private, and I did not give permission for it to be published or for my personal financial details to be exposed to the public.
Erica memang sangat concerned sebab sekarang my personal information is out there publicly, and I don’t know who has seen, saved or shared it.
I want to know what legal action I can take and what are my rights in this situation.
Erica nak dapatkan proper legal advice regarding:
• POHA / online harassment
• Privacy & personal information being exposed
• Defamation, if applicable
• Request to remove the post and stop further circulation
• Possible legal action / damages
• What immediate steps I should take to protect myself and my business
I have kept all the evidence — screenshots of the post, our private conversation, my bank account details and PayNow number being exposed, as well as the comments/shares.
I’m not interested in fighting or arguing publicly. I prefer to handle this properly through the right legal channel. But I also cannot simply sit back and allow my private conversation and personal financial information to be made public.

Erica harap perkara macam ni tak berlaku pada sesiapa. Privacy is important, and there should be boundaries even when there is a disagreement.
