That glossy, caramelised glaze on your Chinese BBQ pork? That's what makes it irresistible! 🍖

The secret behind that sweet and smoky finish is 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙇𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙤𝙨𝙚. Use it in your marinade, then brush it on one last time before serving for that signature shine.

Now you can make restaurant-standard glazing BBQ pork right at home!

The hawker never changed his recipe. Neither did we 🥰

𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙣 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙧 gives that satisfying shatter with every bite, keeping the prawns juicy and the batter delicately crisp. The flavour hasn't changed and neither has the memory.

Some tastes are worth staying loyal to 🍤

The tricky thing about deep-fried crispy food? Leave it hanging around, and you'll have soggy, sad food. 😩

But it's not like that with 𝙔𝙪𝙧𝙞 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙤! Made from crustless white bread, it gives your Katsu and Breaded Prawns that light, crispy coating that actually stays crispy.

Grab a pack and let your fried food hit legendary crunch levels! 🔥🍤

Western cooking has w**e. Chinese cooking has 𝙃𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙎𝙝𝙪𝙣 𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙂𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙚 😏

Tha's how you can obtain that signature aromatic wok flavour in Chinese stir-fry, giving the same fragrant kick your favourite Zi Char stalls are famous for!

Hot tip: It also helps deodorise fishy and gamey smells while boosting the overall flavour of your dish.

Plain dumplings are boring, so we're adding a little tang to them! 🥟

That slight kick of acidity of 𝙃𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙎𝙝𝙪𝙣 𝙑𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘿𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 cuts through the richness of dumpling fillings, making every bite extra addictive.

Add a bit of ginger, and you're all set for a flavour-packed dumpling feast! 🥢

Still only using 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 in your soup? Nope, we're not allowing that! 🙅

Try stir-frying it with dry curry powder instead and coat every piece of those juicy mushrooms without having it too wet or saucy. Tastes just right, and pairs perfectly with warm rice!

This mushroom curry stir-fry is so good, even meat-lovers will ask for seconds 😋
