One of the nicest displays of Hozen Guitars I’ve seen.

There is something very special about seeing the guitars presented with this much care — surrounded by warm wood, thoughtful lighting, and a space that invites players to slow down, sit, and experience the instruments properly.

Every Hozen guitar is individually hand-voiced, but once it leaves the workshop, the way it is presented also becomes part of its journey.

Thank you to our Hong Kong dealer for creating such a beautiful home for these guitars.

Refining the floating back brace.

I first explored this idea with carbon fibre, but returned to wood after feedback for a more traditional expression.

The floating back brace, first seen in ‘s work, strengthens the back while allowing it to respond musically.

For me, guitar building is a conversation between tradition, innovation, and player feedback.

This is how the work evolves.

Finished another rosette for a Custom Shop client, Reiko from Germany.

Inspired by Ervin Somogyi’s iconic stone patio motif, this design follows a tradition that many makers have explored over the years. While the inspiration may be shared, each interpretation tells its own story. No two are ever quite the same.

This one will soon find its place in a very special guitar.
