From malnourished and neglected to healthy, happy, and thriving — this is the power of your generosity.

Because of your past support, Hamlet has transformed into the handsome and magnificent dog he is today. His journey is proof that every act of kindness can change a life.

What many may not know is that Hamlet's recovery came at a significant cost. His medical treatment and care amounted to around $15,000, a sum that would not have been possible without the compassion and generosity of supporters like you.

Today, on Worldwide Day of Giving, you have the opportunity to help the next dog waiting for a second chance. Every donation, no matter how small, helps provide lifesaving medical care, shelter, food, and hope to dogs in need.

Hamlet's story is a reminder that when we come together, remarkable transformations are possible. Please donate today and help us give another deserving dog the chance to heal, thrive, and find a brighter future.

And speaking of bright futures, Hamlet is still searching for his forever home. If you think you could be the family he has been waiting for, check out his adoption profile at http://www.asdsingapore.com/adopt/hamlet.

You can also read more about Hamlet's rescue journey and the challenges he overcame here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/14gt4HGQsd3/

Together, we can give more dogs the care, hope, and future they deserve. Donate today via https://give.asia/asd-no-dog-left-behind or PayNow to UEN T02SS0132E and help us write our next success story.

We will like to launch an appeal for these waterproof mats - previously we were using elevated childcare cots but we do have a few medical cases now that need flat beds.

The foldable ones (top picture) can be easier adjusted to the kennel size but the dark blue types (bottom picture) work fine too! A single foldable piece costs $40 so we will like to ask around for preloved ones first. Please email us at [email protected] if you have some to donate 🙏🏼 We will try our best to work out the logistics at our end!

Who is Noah's Ark CARES?

Some of our newer supporters may not know this, but Noah's Ark CARES was founded 25 years ago with a single purpose: Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM).

At a time when TNRM was not yet a widely recognised approach, our volunteers were already out on the ground, humanely managing stray dog and cat populations through sterilisation programmes across Singapore.

Over the last two and a half decades, countless community dogs and cats have been sterilised through our efforts. This work has taken us to many parts of the island, including Kranji/Sungei Kadut, Tuas/Tuas South, Jurong area and Jurong Island, where our volunteers have been carrying out sterilisation work for years — in some areas, for almost two decades.

Beyond our own ground operations, Noah's Ark CARES has also worked closely with independent rescuers, caregivers and feeders across Singapore, supporting their efforts with sterilisation assistance, medical resources and advice. By working together, we have been able to help even more animals receive the care they need and prevent the cycle of unwanted litters from continuing.

Back then, our focus was never on documenting every trapping operation, sterilisation, feeding round or release. We did not measure success by the number of photographs taken or posts published.

We measured it by something far simpler: fewer unwanted litters, healthier community animals, and a gradual reduction in stray populations through humane means.

The truth is that much of animal welfare work happens quietly. It happens in the early mornings, late at night, on weekends and public holidays. It happens because volunteers show up, year after year, because they care.

Today, as more people become aware of TNRM and more groups join the effort, we are heartened to see community animal welfare receiving greater support and attention.

As we continue our work, we would also like to recognise the many volunteers, caregivers, independent rescuers and supporters who have stood alongside Noah's Ark CARES over the past 25 years. Much of what has been achieved was built through their dedication, perseverance and belief that every animal deserves a chance at a better life.

This is who we are.

And this is the work we have quietly continued for the last 25 years.
